In June of 2011 American DJ announced the “Come Play in the UK” Video Contest on Brian S. Redd’s You Tube Channel. This contest offered  several equipment prizes along with a chance for one lucky DJ and a friend to go the BPM 2011 DJ Show in Birmingham, UK in October of 2011.

Michael Susca (AKA DJ Mikey Mike) was the unanimous winner of the contest (You can see Mikey Mike’s winning video entry here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aE46709WBQw). Mikey Mike chose to bring fellow Southern California veteran DJ, Chris Bedke as  his guest.

As part of the Grand Prize Mikey Mike and Chris Bedke will be accompanying Brian S. Redd and Brian Dowdle (Marketing Director of American DJ) to the UK to visit various parts of the country, attend the BPM Show and meet Disc Jockeys from the UK and across Europe.

This Tour Blog will serve as a medium to account for their journey from Los Angeles to the BPM Show. Being DJs, you never know what will pop up on this Blog, so….stay tuned!
