OK after the Beatles tour we stopped at the http://www.robannas-studios.co.uk/
where Alan Rayner from American DJ UK hooked us up with an amazing tour of the
Studio. We had full run of the house and were treated like royalty.
Brian S Redd decided we should make some cool Euro beat track while we were there that we all had a blast giving out inputs and
helping with the track mix, just a little “Do it from Scratch” project UK style 
Then OMG they wanted
some lyrics so here came those amazing DJ Mikey Mike Rapping skills again LOL as
you can see once again I’m not a rapper but we all had a blast from Brian Redd
and Chris Bedke blasting out some great background vocals and sweet keyboard
skills. Ok American DJ you got me hooked on the UK and the amazing people we
met !!! Now if American DJ plans on another UK contest I just might need to
step up my game to insure I get my UK fix for another year
Day One at BPM with DJ Mikey Mike
BPM’s first day was very cool, with amazing Lighting from American DJ, Cool mixing all over the venue and tons of new friends and great networking. Day 2 should be even cooler with the weather HOT and the Lighting and DJ Gear even HOTTER! A meet and greet set for Sunday…After the show we were off to Downtown for Indian food with the great American DJ staff….Thanks for a great Day ADJ!!!

Mikey Mike gets his GROOVE on!
Today we traveled from Liverpool down to Birmingham (where the BPM Show will be held). The weather has been absolutely fabulous so far. It’s like LA weather. We booked some time at a Recording Studio called, “Robannas” in Birmingham – Come to find out, the Pussy Cat Dolls recorded a song there.
We thought we’d have Mikey Mike get his groove on and try his skills at recording another track; a follow-up to his contest winning rap from his “Come Play in the UK” video. Well, Mikey Mike showed up and really “brought it!” Even Chris Bedke and Brian Redd got some backing vocals credit. We had a great producer and had a lot fun coming up with the track. Hopefully Mikey will put it on You Tube or something. It’s really funny!
After the recording session we popped over to one of the UK’s largest DJ equipment retailers here in Birmingham called, Hard To Find Records. We meet the Sales Manager Jaime who gave us the full tour. It was very impressive. Thanks Jaime!
Now, we are off to the American DJ Staff dinner, then to the BPM Show tomorrow morning. I can’t wait to watch Mikey Mike and Chris Bedke soak up the whole UK DJ vibe. Stay tuned for BPM Show photos. Until tomorrow…
Strawberry Fields (and The Beatles) Forever!
We had an unforgettable personal guided tour around Liverpool from one of the best Beatles Historian in the area. We saw the early homes of each of the Beatles, took a trip down Penny Lane and went to the immortal Strawberry Fields gate. The weather was perfect: sunny and 84˚F/29˚C. This was a opportunity of a lifetime for each of us! Thank you Liverpool!

We made it safe and sound to Manchester. Had a proper English breakfast. Stopped by Old Trafford. Now off to Liverpool to go on a Beatles tour. Can’t wait….

LAX Airport…here we go!!!
The day is finally here. At LAX Airport with Mikey Mike and Chris Bedke. We’re on our way to the UK; just got to stop in Chicago to pick up Brian S. Redd. We are all super excited and can’t wait to get there!!!
I interviewed Mikey Mike and Chris Bedke at the American Audio VMS4.1 Launch Party (make sure to check out the video below). We are all super excited to go to BPM this year. The three of us are going to fly together from LAX to Chicago. We have a layover in Chicago where we pick-up Brian S. Redd. The four of us then fly to Manchester, UK. We are planning on visiting some cool UK music related history places before we hit BPM. I’m most excited to visit all The Beatles history in Liverpool. This trip with Mikey Mike, Chris Bedke and Brian S. Redd is going to be ABSOLUTE MUSTARD!
